When I was 16, or heck, maybe 22, I'm sure I said *something* to a female classmate/woman at some point that would today be interpreted as harassment. It could have been, "You look great in that shirt." Or maybe I asked someone out and they said no, and I said, "Why no?" The question is, where do you draw the line? Grabbing someone's butt or boob is clear cut. Words? And the age at which you said them? And context? I mean, this very moment at si.com there is a link to a story about a "lovely lady of the week." That's objectifying women. Is that harrassment? When I took a younger female coworker to a plant 15 years ago, and at the plant, the male plant manager and I talked a lot and the young woman felt left out and later cried about it and told me, upset, that no one listened to her (and I was actually annoyed because I felt she didn't say anything, so ...), where does that fall under this umbrella?
