That's an issue, some want the victim's perception to be ALL of it


Like others I really have never intended to offend anyone, but I probably have over the last xx years. I really don't want anyone feeling uncomfortable, but somewhere down the line "He looked at me in a weird way when he said hello", don't laugh - some cases are real close to that - it has to to fall back on the person who feels offended too easily to change their view of the world.
