Two recent examples here. 1. New partner was at the Vegas concert.

He was in the bathroom when it happened so he and his wife were separated. It took them an hour to find each other. Had to be horrific.

Just 4 hours ago, we had to call 911 for a guy who though he was having a heart attack. OUR OWN OFFICE PHONES would not get through to 911. Someone had to use their cell phone. That is still being investigated. The guy the best 48zip treatment I could give him. Hopefully he'll survive anyway.
