Provide an example where you'd need your phone to call 911?


So, the terror attack -- in a show/concert with thousands of people.

Does 911 *not* get called, because the customers don't have their phones?

Most of these events, you've got hundreds of ushers, security, law enforcement, and staff. They're gonna call 911, right?
