Chopped and Ready for Packing


I chop while wearing latex gloves.

I usually add
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic + one or two small garlic chunks)
1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon of dill seed
1 teaspoon of pickling salt
1/8 teaspoon of "pickle crisp"

to each PINT
