I have a 30ft apricot tree and they have grown all the way up to top

Weight of kiwi's last year was so great that tree broke. You have to have male and female plants so they can .....well...you know....have sex. The fruit is very late like a late apple. Very hard like a peach when you pick them.....softens and sweetens over time. I'm trying to actually kill the vines now as they are out of control.
