Dehydrate those suckers! Cut off the skins and slice slightly smaller than 1/4". I usually get about 7-8 slices per nice sized kiwi. Dry about 24 hours until leathery or crisp. Will keep about a year in a mason jar, but I can't keep them longer than a few days because the kids gobble them up! Very tasty and healthy snack!

Based upon what I see on that tree, you could reduce those down to 1-2 gallon sized ziplock bags.
