The same pitcher had intentionally hit Gomez before. Why should

a hitter just have to take that? So he crushed a pitch off him and acted like an arsehole about it, so what? That said, I'd do the same as Freeman and McCann in their shoes but I don't get the holier than thou aspect on either side of this argument. I love old school baseball but intentionally plunking guys is utter BS IMO.
