Related question I've always wondered about: what if you purposefully short


the postage amount, but put the address you want it to go to as the return address? And you put the To address as whatever

I guess you are taking a chance that your scenario happens and they ask the To address for $, but if they return to sender, your mail goes where you want it to

This may fall under something called fraud, but I've always been curious. Would this work?
