Did this a few times thru our church

Got all kinds of different experiences when we delivered the presents.

The heartbreaking ones - single mother who had obviously planned the whole day around this, made arrangements for the kids to be gone for Santa to come, spotless house, 12 inch tall Christmas tree on card table used for kitchen/dining table. Very appreciative, particularly of the grocery store gift card that we included with presents for the kids.

The frustrating ones - knock on door and they wondered who we were at first, already a tree with multiple presents, big screen TV, almost mad when we walked if front of the TV to set gifts down, "you did get something for xyz too didn't you?" Just a total cluster.

Overall the good outweighs the bad - but still frustrating.
