Tennessee has had incompetent athletic administration

for a number of years. Not saying that all the ADs in that time were incompetent, but the direction the administrations (both athletic and academic) took in a number of cases, not just coaching hires, put them in the position they are in today. The fan base is very delusional and basically has a mob mentality when things don’t go as they perceive they should. This event could set them back for a long time.
