Yes inserts..and like TechMom said dont walk on hard floors barefoot..ever. Also, daily stretching exercises help alot. Exercises help me the most. I used an ordinary boot years ago and it made it worse. Doctor wanted to do surgery..no way. Researched it and a chance
It could make it worse. Ever person is different though..good luck.

Oh, I tried rehab..total waist of time and money.
