My son had it so bad in HS that he would come home from baseball

practice and crawl up the steps on his hands and knees. We took him to a wonderful sports medicine group in Raleigh and they hand-molded inserts for him. He had absolutely no problems as long as he had the inserts in his cleets or athletic shoes. They told him to spend his summer in Birkenstock sandles. He is now 41 and has no problems at all unless he wears hiking boots,
CUSTOM orthotics!!!!!!!!
