You really just need to suck it up.
I've run everyday for 35 years. Take off maybe 4-5 days a year. Something always aches. Right now it's my hips. But unless you sustain an acute injury, you just run through it.
I've had PF several times. Lasts a few months, then goes away. If you stretch and treat it properly.
Something else will soon replace it, with a new ache.
Wait till you pass 50. Now that's when exercising aches begin.
