Bet there are attorneys conducting seminars already
for HR folks, and also for employees of all genders focusing on:
1. What constituits harassment.
2. How/when to report it.
3. How HR/management should respond.
4. How to investigate.
5. Rights of offending party.
6. How does it work for transgender or uncertain folks
I just wonder if it will be equally presented to both (or all 3 including trans) genders.
