I think number 1 is getting more and more difficult to answer,
especially as people are being told more and more that feelings and your individual perception is most important.
Might be something like this:
I mean, who is to say that I wasn't feeling harassed by that lewd remark or "accidental" contact. You might think it was nothing, but I certainly didn't. No matter the severity of the action or remark, you have no right to tell me how I should or should not feel about it. No court of law can tell me I was not offended either, less they place their laws over my feelings. Dicey.
So, to avoid that, just be good to each other. Or, don't say anything to anyone you wouldn't yourself want said to you in a prison shower.
