I don't disagree that by the time they are national candidates they are


but having risen to wealth is different than being born absurdly wealthy IMO. Though I would argue a huge issue for our political system is the inability to compete nationally without massive coffers of money, but that is a whole other issue.
I grew up in a family with little education or money, i'm the only HS grad, much less post-graduate degree holder, in my immediate family. My economic situation is far different than when I was growing up, but I still remember what life was like growing up somewhat poor and still advocate for social programs to help the poor, as they sure as hell helped me get to where I am today. I certainly can still relate to it.
