There is an odd intersection in Herndon, near the Clock Tower

4-way intersection, with traffic lights -- except there is an apartment/condo community that feeds directly into the intersection.

They get a green-light, but green-light ONLY (they don't get a green left-arrow) -- sure enough, they make that left-turn 100% of the time, and just assume other drivers will yield to them.
