None of that is new.


It has been established in official canon for decades. We KNOW who makes Tie fighters (Sienar Fleet Systems), and we KNOW who makes X-wings (Incom-FreiTek). So the concept of the same company making both is absolute crap and not canon consistent. We also know from previous canon that the Jedi order inducted any child who was force sensitive enough to qualify for training regardless of their lineage or background. The concept that "anyone' can use the force is not canon consistent, not everyone who is force sensitive is strong enough to actively manipulate it (case in point Chirrut Imwe in Rogue One).
