Having a jealous husband show up at the business can be cause for terminat-


ion in and of itself. Just because the first incident didn't create a huge disturbance in the workplace flow, doesn't mean the next time won't.

I'm sure there something in the employee handbook about personal activities becoming a hindrance to the office. BLB probably handled it as well as possible. He should've added the advice to break it off and not get involved with anymore cops' wives.
