So if some dude with
baggy pants, extensive tattoos, a backwards baseball hat and blaring rap music drives through a typical suburban neighborhood its OK to acknowledge an abnormal pattern of behavior and investigate more thoroughly?
Yes I'm being outrageous. The point is different people are alarmed by different things - any of which could be perfectly legal. I've got no problem with law enforcement asking questions to either the guy purchasing an abnormal X rounds of ammo at one time or the guy abnormally casing a street - both of those appear threatening to some people. If neither are breaking a law they shouldn't have an issue either.
