I don't understand one thing -


How did the owner get contacted? The story says the thief drove the car an hour away from where he stole it, and then 2 hours later, the owner received a call from someone who was speaking to the thief. Huh? So a stranger somehow figured out who the owner was and called her to ask if she could help the the guy start the car?

Something doesn't add up.
