One of my biggest driving pet peeves ...


Is when I’m in a traffic jam, traffic is moving 5 mph, and the driver in front of me insists on leaving about 50 yards of following distance from the car in front of him or her. 50 yards makes sense when you’re going normal speed, but it’s insane when you’re crawling along. And if every driver did that, it would take a mile-long backup and make it 3 or 4 miles long. Basically stretching it out like an accordion. Very common and annoying practice in ATL.
