Just don't misrepresent what you did.

If you fix the crack, say so. They can accept that, or knock a few bucks off their offer, or walk away. Same goes for anything in the inspection. You are not required to fix any of it. I've sold two houses and each time I've done so I just negotiated a price concession on the inspection items and told them to fix it themselves.
