Thanks all for the advice.

I ended booking the direct from ATL to JNB.

Have all of the vaccinations taken care of already.

TSA Pre-check is done thanks to work.

Now to book the hop from Joburg to Cape Town for our excursions there to jump in a shark cage, paraglide off of Table Top Mountain, and whatever else there is to do there... then back to Joburg after 5 days to hop a ride up north for a photo safari.
