How badly do you want the job?

I'm not impressed with that type of impersonal interview. No follow up questions or clarification opportunities.
They probably want your first reaction to the questions in order to schedule face-to-face for some of you. I'm an amateur psychologist with no credentials except 45 years of career experience.
