In my current job, my boss had spent a month down here trying

to manage things(he's in minnesota). He had just flown back when I was available for the interview. So he sent a deputy to interview me and gave me a job offer site unseen. The deputy liked me and he was very eager not to spend more time down here. He wanted to move quickly.

I hired on and met him for the first time when he came down here a month later. He had talked to me on the phone but it's not the same.
