I'm glad that they're changing the recruiting rules to junior high school year. It should've been done 3-4 years ago. Glad to see both softball and women's lacrosse have the recruits off limit until their junior years. From what I've been told, college coaches (recruiters) can still scout players. They just can't talk to them or offer them until their junior year. Question: Can college recruiters inquire about potential recruits with their high school or travel ball coaches or is that also forbidden until the player's junior year?
