There's no way they will prevent all of the communication. I suspect that certain players of interest will get a little more personalized attention at camps and that messages will be relayed through travel coaches. They just won't have the phone calls specifically with recruits and the offers won't come until their Jr years. Their interest in players will still be the same I suspect, I don't know how they can backtrack that. I'm glad though that kids won't be calling college coaches in 8th grade like my kid had to do and that kids/parents won't have to worry about actual offers until later.
