Of course they're hard working and dedicated. All I'm saying is they need
to consider the value of their total compensation. If you're grossing $35,000 per year and also receiving $16,000 in health care benefits each year, then your total compensation is at least $51,000 per year. And you're getting that for working 9 months out of the year with anywhere from 3-4 additional weeks off for Winter and Spring Break. If you were getting paid that rate for 12 months, you'd be making $68,000 per year. That's not bad at all.
