It specifically states that no error is charged...


Therefore the pitcher would still not have surrendered a walk, hit, or had a teammate commit an error. Nobody "reaches" base, they were placed there.

I think this allows for the possibility of a pitcher losing a perfect game. A sac bunt / sac fly combo could get the (unearned) run in.

I'm sure that MILB will have to clarify this, because somebody other than the good folks here will ask the question.
