Losing it is the easy part, keeping it off is a b*tch. Going forward you

need to continue to tweak your diet to help keep your metabolism up, and add in more physical. It is almost unavoidable to not lose muscle mass when dieting, so that makes your challenge going forward even more difficult.

After losing >90, my tried and true methods are to way every day (when possible) and get a fitness tracker to help you monitor your activity. Decide on a range of +/- 5 pounds that you are going to stay in between, and do what is necessary to stay there. If you can add some resistance / weight training, that helps greatly.

Lastly, remember you can't out exercise a bad diet. And as you are finding out, when you are eating the "right stuff," i.e. vegetables, etc. you can almost eat unlimited amounts.
