Buy it for you for right now. You are the ones who will be living in it.


You are the ones who will have to furnish it and clean it and fix it. You are going to be spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on something, so get what works for you, not for a hypothetical future of renters that may never happen (or that might be many years in the future).
