Where is the flaw ?..the only difference is the approach...


...in determining a champion. In the end the winner is whomever shoots the lowest score. Even Augusta alters the course...new tees , shaved surrounds , ridiculously fast/slopey greens. I'll admit , the USGA's obsession w/protecting par is a bit much and they should stick to the longer rough and narrowed fairways and let the weather/course design provide the rest.
