Weather Channel has played the radar as the storm approached the lake

Sure seems like NWS issued timely warnings/alerts. I'd think someone at the duckboat company would have received the alerts on their smart phone and cancelled or shortened the trip. A terrible tragedy. The video of the boat starting to sink is heartbreaking. R.I.P.
