I just meant it's scary to see stuff that high in a tree.


And that could happen below that dam, or similar, if it failed.

Existing dams are studied at 90% of probable max flood. Camille was the PMF, so the local effect could be very similar, just on a smaller area.

So Camille is actually quite relevant. That's exactly my point.
