Havent seen the show but went through the process


They drew numbers that were assigned to birth dates. My number was too high for me to get drafted. Around 250. The results were printed in the paper the next day and I was anxious scanning the results. Don't recall it being televised, but it could have been. That was a long time ago and my memory of it is a bit fuzzy. What isnt fuzzy is the 2 friends I lost in the war.
