Judge's instructions (inside)


Judge was pretty clear to us at the beginning. "Sometimes an accident is just an accident".
But he said if plaintiff could show negligence (or gross negligence - I can't recall) from the defendant then we should rule for the plaintiff.

So, if defendant was drinking or texting or doing anything negligent we should rule for plaintiff. But plaintiff's lawyer could not show any negligence other than the accident itself.
