I sat for a week in the jury room waiting to be called in for an interview

only to be let go 10 minutes into the interview room. I was lucky enough to be one of the last to be
interviewed. It was a case of a pregnant woman suing UCLA for a wrong diagnosis of an unborn child with Down Syndrone. UCLA had said it was a no, but the child was born with it. So, they were suing. I was excused because my wife has a younger sister with it. So, I sat for a week just to be excused. Pisser.
