Lol, just started mine, step one, no way to do it on website....


it's downright funny actually, got choices to do upgrades, but not downgrades. I would like to get rid of my tv service which is $30/month (including taxes etc.) Mind you, this is for basic service, local tv, spanish, public tv home shopping network. Watch very little tv.

so the funny part is they run you in circles, no off ramp, "Oh, we're so sorry you want to cancel" but, go here.

Here is back where your choices are only to upgrade. Am going to test out an OTA attena this month, if that works, next month will get interesting, if nothing else, cancel credit card so they can't charge me.

They've become AOL. Jerks.
