39.99 is for 100Mbps, new customers only. Last week...

I just got 75Mbps for $45/mo.

I was told by customer service over thanksgiving, that the normal price was $45/mo for 100Mbps. I tried twice to get that price a month later and couldn't get it. I was also told my current equipment isn't capable of doing the faster speeds without a tech visit, which isn't free. So I went with the 75Mbps which is enough for me. Absolutely don't pay $105/mo. Just hang up and call back and try with a different rep. Try and get the retention/cancellation department as they have more pull.

Might make sense. Slower speed plus modem for about $50. ** -- great2bahokie 01/04/2019 12:38PM
