So yeah, VT would have 5 million less a year because 'drive for 25' wouldn't really be needed. Donations would come from the desire for better seats and better parking.

And note, I KNOW I'm not dealing in reality here, but I think that athletics could do a LOT financially for these Universities if there was some sort of salary and expenditure cap.
