Just wanted a "bigger, more capable" iPad to use "on the road," as well as

...something I could use to post on TSL while sitting in my comfy chair watching the Hokies on TV.

And I decided to start writing. Planning to incorporate some of my old Navy experiences in a SciFi book. Oh, and I have a few ideas for songs too. We shall see how those projects turn out...lol

I had posted questions recently about using my old HP laptop, but I decided trying to use something that old and slow, not to mention heavy would have become more frustrating than useful...thus my first Mac.
