I think both issues come into play.

No doubt if he had Disney flexing it's muscle getting the network on all the cable systems and satellite Pac12N would be much better off.

However, I still doubt even Disney could get max money for Pac12N. It will never command the same $$$ as SECN (read football), or even ACCN (read basketball and some football).

There just isn't that much demand for west coast football in the midwest and the east.
