That is the funny thing
I was looking for a horse farm outside of Richmond.
I saw this place, knew it had a barn, but thought the white building was a neighbor and had to have an messed up easement.
I look at a place nearby that I really thought we may buy. It was a mess.
Realtor sent this one and wife said she had seen it. I told her I liked it but the neighbor was too close. I pulled off the side of the road to recheck, then I realized that is a 7 stall horse barn with an 48 foot long RV size garage which I am turning into a 4 horse run in shed.
I put up 23k in horse fencing. I only had the house for 15 months and everyone around here say I got an unbelievable deal. I suspect I could now sell it as a turn key horse farm now for 28% more than I paid for it including the fence.
I will probably start making 700 bucks profit each month on boarding 2 horses here which will pay off the fence in 3 years.
