Back then I was fasting 3 days once a month (5 days once) and for some


reason went to try water-only fasting. After 3 days I was feeling pretty good, was over the hunger pangs, and said to myself let's shoot for 10 days. I found back then for me, after the first 2-3 days the acute hunger pangs start to fade away. I was pretty much at a desk with my job, but if I had a job requiring much daily physical exertion I probably would never had shot for over 3 or 4 days because you can start to feel really weak.
