Here's the interesting part for me:


"Our suggestion for when to eat is really during the daylight hours. So we're also aligning the circadian biology with the food intake, because all of our organs have clocks, internal clocks, and they like to be active at certain times."

So it appears there's a possibility that WHEN you time the ten-hour window has to do with the success of the plan. In other words, doing it 8 am-6 pm may give you different results than doing it 12 pm-10 pm.

This is probably the next thing that needs to be explored. Test three or four different 10 hour windows and see if the results vary significantly.
