I do exercise regularly 10-13 miles a week when the weather is good


But I think we're actually much better off if you have low glucose some of the time. Your cells are dying all the time, and if you are swimming with glucose your cells are going to consume that preferentially and you have all sort of cell debris floating around. Your body can recycle that (particularly the proteins, which are made up of exactly the amino acids you need because they are the amino acids that are you). There is some research to say that the inability to recycle that cell debris (especially damaged RNA/DNA) is linked to cancer.
I do want to be skinny. That is my body type and where I think is healthy for me.
