Mine is a wireless problem. Got a new phone on the plan.


Got a discount, i.e. payment credit of about 12 or 13 a month, but the bastards slipped a protection plan in there for 15 we didn't agree to, like we wouldn't notice, and didn't catch it right away. Now fighting to get about fitty bucks back.
