Chili.

1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion dice
2 cloves garlic minced
1 lb ground beef
16 oz can pinto beans drained and rinsed
16 oz can kidney beans drained and rinsed
16 oz can tomato sauce
16 oz can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp tobasco
1 tbsp pepper juice
1/4 cup water

Heat oil in skillet. Add onions until translucent. Add garlic for 30 seconds. Add ground beef and brown.

Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook for at least 4 hours. It’s far better if you cook it 8 hours.

I like this recipe but am always looking for something with more kick. If you have any spicy chili recipes, please share.
